Swanwick Lofts

Designed by Bernard Watt Architects, these Modern Townhomes are carved from a Century Old Neo-Gothic Church, Nestled on Pristine Swanwick Avenue in The Beach. Buildcrest has preserved the exterior envelope and successfully transformed the interior into 10 heritage lofts, restoring the masonary walls, stone work and stained glass windows.
